下市後首場股東會 華映股東：期待重整
華映科技因為嚴重虧損導致大規模裁員，並在5月下市後，今天上午舉行第一場股東會，與會的股東除來以後轉述，說現場氣氛平和，現在他們只能購物特賣期待華映重整成功。
天空下著大雨，華映科技位在桃園的總部前媒體守候，因為這是5/13日華映下市後的第一場股東會。
華映科技總處長黃世昌：「向全體投資股東，社會各界致上誠摯的歉意對不起。」
三月昔日面板五虎華映科技，在股東會上三度和24萬4000多名股東和大眾致歉。
華映股民：「(裡面場內氣氛怎麼樣)，(有沒有吵架)，不會啦不會啦。」
華映股東：「我們還是有信心，它要(華映)重整成功。」
華映科技總處長黃世昌：「107年因為面板供過於求，以及中美貿易戰等影響，造成本公司財務困難經營辛苦。」
華映因為面板供過於求，去年第四季財報每股虧損2.09元，陷入財務危機，華映、綠能兩家公司認列虧損，高達新台幣99億元，被迫下市。
華映股民：「前三季有賺錢，怎麼第四季忽然間就輸那麼多。」
24日上午華映還沒有對股東會內容做出回應，至於先行離開的股東則說，事到如今，他們還是選擇期待華映重整成功。
