許多病友裝設人工血管後，會有異物感。圖為情境照。 圖／聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 65歲的特價產品送禮酒推薦玉燕去年左側乳房出現約五塊錢大小的瘀青，就醫確診為早期HER2乳癌，且癌細胞已侵犯淋巴，經手術切除病灶，後接續化療和標靶藥物治療，但因人工血管感染，引起發燒和嘔吐，直到化療結束，在醫師評估下拆除人工血管，終於擺脫鎖骨冒出尾巴、反覆感染的惡夢。乳癌防治基金會昨公布一分針對五百三十一名活動產品乳癌患者所做的人工血管裝置調查，結果發現，如果情況許可，七成四病友希望盡快移除人工血管；曾發生過人工血管併發症的患者更是百分之百希望早日擺脫人工血管的束縛。 乳癌防治基金會董事長張金堅表示，人工血管是乳癌治療中的必備工具，因乳癌治療藥經典商品搶先看物多為「靜脈注射針劑」，而透過植入式人工血管替代正常血管，有助降低不良事件發生，減少癌友挨針次數，縮短護理人員找血管時間。不過，續留人工血管時有感染、導管脫落等潛在風險，比率約百分之八。此外，前胸鎖骨冒出一段異物，活動受限，也不好看。該項調查發現，五成二的病友認為人工血管影響手臂活動，四成三覺得有異物感折價卷下殺，睡覺時需常調整姿勢。四成認為人工血管不拆，總覺得自己還在生病而心情不好、也影響工作。至於人工血管何時拆掉較適合？羅東博愛醫院副院長葉顯堂以乳癌類型中惡性較高的HER2陽性乳癌為例，因HER2有較高復發及轉移的機率，過去醫界認為患者在完成半年化學治療和一年標靶治療後，人工血管仍需留置體內兩年以上，以免復發時需重找位置裝設人工血管。隨醫藥進步，HER2陽性乳癌邁入化療合併標靶治療的時代，大幅降低復發風險。葉顯堂說，HER2陽性乳癌患者結束一年半的化療與標靶治療後，人工血管即可先拆除；此外，目前已有僅需皮下注射的標靶藥物，不需透過靜脈，化療結束後即可拆除，有助病患早日擺脫人工血管的束縛。
認識東南亞歷史 長榮大學辦主題館藏與校史特展
為讓師生更進一步認識東南亞歷史，長榮大學舉辦望見南方─從史料認識東南亞 暨長榮大學主題館藏與校史特展，即日起到3月22日，於該校蘭大衛紀念圖書館一樓大廳展出。
李泳龍校長指出，望見南方─從史料認識東南亞行動展覽有五大主題，分別是一、從23.5°N前進赤道，二、調查與南進，三、香料引起的海外戰爭，四、華人移民南洋，五、出發吧！往南洋去。
圖資處表示，希望特展結合校史文物做展示教育，因此，在國立臺灣圖書館主題展示基礎上，精選出該校具有東南亞國家或地區代表文化特色的展品，讓師生與民眾透過欣賞物件的藝術之美，也能從觀察外觀型式、紋樣，了解代表的文化歷史特色。
特展也製作成小型精選書展，展覽可見到臺灣在歷史的舞台上，都做為中繼站承受著世界的流動，從過去的南洋基地，到現在的南進政策。近年來，臺灣與東協各國的互動增加，展出的選書著重於跨國婚姻、外籍移工勞動力、南洋作家的離散文學、15世紀後的香料與全球貿易等，就是要讓觀眾透過閱讀，了解更多元的民族社會。
