Attaching the infant car seat by using the Britax Römer Baby Safe i-Size Flex Base or the Baby Safe i-Size Base (not included in delivery!) is very simple. Colour indicators signalise whether the infant car seat has been installed correctly and provide additional safety. Alternatively, you can install the infant car seat Baby Safe 2 i-Size by using your car's own seat belt.

美前國務卿：川普若和中國戀愛 ..

「美中關係全國委員會」在中國舉行論壇，美國前國務卿萊斯（Condoleezza Rice）表示，美國有義務幫助台灣自衛，同時萊斯也呼籲中國政府，應給台灣更多國際空間。

曾在小布希時期擔任美國史上第一位非裔國務卿的萊斯，在參加「美中關係全國委員會」的時候表示，川普政府應該不會偏離「一中政策」，但強調台灣是個民主國家、市場經濟，美國有義務幫助台灣自衛。

萊斯呼籲中國開放台灣國際空間的可能性，並表示這並非逼迫中國承認台灣獨立，而是應該把台灣看成是一個特殊實體（special entity），希望可以以不違反一中原則的情況下，能讓民主、以市場為基礎的經濟體在國際上開拓。

萊斯更直言，依照川普反覆無常的個性，川普或許明年又會突然感謝中國國家主席習近平，但萊斯說，萊斯建議蔡總統，不需要在核心問題上妥協，只要小心謹慎保持穩定兩岸關係，即使川習「戀愛了」，川普政府、國會仍會繼續挺台。
