台灣政黨認同傾向 綠大跌至32%
【台灣醒報記者譚有勝台北報導】針對台灣社會政黨認同傾向，最新民調指出，民進黨支持度從41%跌至32%，國民黨則從19.8%上升到27.8%，緊追不捨。台灣民意基金會董事長游盈隆15日在記者會上分析，經過3次政黨輪替，多數民眾體驗到國民黨的執政、經濟、兩岸關係等能力都比民進黨強，更能照顧台灣人利益。政治評論家詹錫奎則指出，民進黨與在野時期表現無異，其改革體質弱、派系多，無法讓中間選民接受。
台灣民意基金會15日公布最新民調，關於台灣人的政黨認同傾向，民進黨在2年前的支持度是41.1%，現在則是32.1%；反觀國民黨從19.8%上升到27.8%。民進黨在改革魄力與決心、重視自由與人權、重視生態環境保護、代表台灣人的利益、有理想性、清廉等指標都勝過國民黨約20到30%。
但針對「執政能力、改善經濟、兩岸關係」等3項重大執政指標，有35.2%人認為國民黨較有執政能力，22.0%人認為民進黨有執政能力。此外，有40.1%人認為國民黨比較有能力促進台灣經濟發展，僅有17.6%民眾認為民進黨能改善經濟。
值得注意的是，有57.8%人認為國民黨有能力處理兩岸關係，僅有10.1%人認為民進黨有能力處理兩岸關係。游盈隆補充說，在國民黨支持度上至少有3成以上的綠營支持者都認為民進黨沒能力處理兩岸關係，反而認可國民黨在兩岸關係上的表現。
游盈隆分析，民進黨從黨外開始便標榜自己能代表台灣人的利益，而國民黨則長期被認為是威權統治的外來政權。但兩黨經過3次政黨輪替的民主政治改革，民進黨已不再獨佔代表台灣人利益的象徵，某種程度上與其代表性與國民黨不相上下。
舉例來說，民進黨在2016年7月有45%人認為，民進黨能代表一般人的利益，國民黨則僅佔13%。但2018年同期，認為民進黨能代表台灣人利益的僅剩30%，國民黨則躍升至26%，兩者相差不遠，國民黨成功扭轉過去低迷的形象，不再代表權貴、資本家利益；民進黨也不再代表一般人利益，反而趨向權貴，兩者所代表的團體已無明顯差異。
政治評論家詹錫奎指出，台灣第3次政黨輪替在2年來發生了很多變化，國民黨本身也在民主改革進程中逐漸改變。但是民進黨對自由與人權、改革魄力的強項與其在野優勢並無變化，反而執政黨需要的執政能力、改革經濟能力、處理兩岸關係能力都沒有成長，令社會相當失望。
詹錫奎感慨，蔡英文沒有自信、創意與領導能力，改革體質很弱，執政第一任就像前總統馬英九執政後期一樣，向大派系、深綠靠攏，即使她當初是靠中間選民當選，但執政後卻沒走過中間路線，令其選民相當失望。
